Our collection exemplifies the timeless value & appeal of fine antique English furniture. Our forté is exceptional furniture of the Queen Anne, Georgian & Regency periods, from functional yet elegant stick stands to magnificent bureaux. Thus, our furniture represents some of the most famous & skilled cabinetmakers in history. We have furniture attributable to George Bullock, Thomas Chippendale, William Kent, Holland & Sons and William Berry. Each piece of furniture in our collection is carefully selected as a prime example of its period, style, condition and functionality. We pay particular attention to the provenance of each piece, having items from Alice Heathcote and the Dukes of Bolton.

The versatility and superiority of the timbers used in the past ensures that fine English furniture will never be out of fashion. From trays, tables and tea caddies inlaid with the most delicate marquetry, to beautifully patinated chairs of carved mahogany, there is something in our collection to suit every taste. From satinwood and rosewood to walnut or more unusual woods such as purpleheart, sabicu or larchwood, our collection highlights the very best of antique English furniture. In addition, amongst our collection you can find some examples of exquisite giltwood furniture, such as a Chippendale period demi-lune side table with a marble top. Popular in the eighteenth century for its burnished brilliance, gilding adds definition and beauty to carved furniture.
As a prominent and long time member of the British Antique Dealer’s Association (BADA) we guarantee the authenticity of every item that pass through our collections.
